Gender equality in the workplace: a free training opportunity during the holidays
The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment (UN Women) in collaboration with CODIFUN and with financial support from Sweden offers a free winter holiday training opportunity for girls and women. This is an online training course entitled "Gender equality in the workplace".Date:
The course beneficiaries will learn everything about their rights regarding decent salaries, career advancement, annual leave or maternity leave, and much more.
The aim of the „Gender equality in the workplace” learning course for women and girls is to develop and strengthen awareness and understanding of gender equality and women’s emancipation as the first step towards behavior change and gender mainstreaming in employees’ and employers’ daily activities. This course makes an introduction into concepts, international framework, and working methods for gender equality and women’s empowerment.
The participants will be watching animated classes, will strengthen their knowledge, and will get certificates of completion.
