Held for a period of four months, the trainings offered participants the opportunity to choose between two thematic courses: Social Media Management and Software Testing. The specialized courses were conducted in Russian and Romanian and were designed to provide women with the necessary skills to integrate into the digital world and pursue job opportunities in technology fields.

After completing the courses and mentoring programme, the graduates benefited from the continuous support of mentors, who guided them step by step to enter the professional world. Thanks to the skills gained, the participants are now ready to start their careers as freelancers, work in IT or develop their own businesses, thus marking a significant change in their lives and families.

The programme is part of "Creating opportunities for the economic resilience of women in local communities and displaced women from Ukraine," a project implemented by the National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC), with the support of UN Women Moldova and funding from the Government of Japan.
