2020 is an important milestone for gender equality. Not just for women and girls, but for everyone who wants to live in a fairer world that leaves no one behind. It’s the year of the Generation Equality, where we are mobilizing to realize women’s rights, and to mark 25 years of implementing the Beijing Platform for Action.

Seven journalists from print, online and audiovisual media outlets, finalists of the ‘Click for Gender Equality’ Media Program participated in a study visit to Stockholm, Sweden. For four days, participants visited international organisations, media institutions and non-governmental organisations that promote gender equality.
