To mark the launch of 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, UN Women Moldova held a roundtable on promoting inter-sectoral cooperation in cases of domestic violence on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls.

On October 6, 2022, the distance learning course "Managing cases of domestic violence" has been launched on the platform https://elearn.anas.md/. The course has been developed by National Center for Training, Assistance, Counseling and Education from Moldova in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the National Social Assistance Agency, at the initiative of UN Women and with financial support of Sweden.

An event dedicated to the Istanbul Convention took place at the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. Entitled „Joint dialogue – Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence from ratification to implementation”, it was organised on the platform of the Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration in collaboration with UN Women Moldova, National Coalition „Life without Domestic Violence” and with financial support from Sweden.

Sixty-five girls aged 16 to 20 from 13 regions of Moldova learned web development, robotics, and 3D printing at the third edition of GirlsGoIT summer camp that took place July 21-30, 2017, in Chisinau, Moldova. The participants have also visited several technology companies, such as DAS Solutions, Moldcell, Matrix and Tekwill. Additionally, DAS Solutions offered internships for two summer camp participants.
