Spectacolul-document „LIBERĂ” (Teatrul M.A.D.E), despre stereotipurile și prejudecățile de gen, despre impactul negativ al violenței asupra femeilor și a repercusiunilor ei asupra generației viitoare, a fost jucat în 12 localități din raioanele Cahul și Ungheni, în cadrul proiectului EVA – Promovarea egalității de gen în raioanele Cahul și Ungheni, finanțat de Uniunea Europeană și implementat de UN Women în parteneriat cu UNICEF.

After being forced to retire from her former job due to her age, she overcame obstacles and barriers and found another job. She now works as a private tutor for children. Ms. Romanciuc demonstrates that age should not be a burden and a barrier for women.
