Fighting gender stereotypes through Taekwondo in Moldova

Courage, resilience, strength, confidence - everything ​a girl needs to win and fight gender stereotypes.16​-years​-old ​Snejana has six years of Taekwondo training in Cahul, Republic of Moldova. ​After receiving her first black belt, she says "There are nine black belts, and I would like to grow as much as possible,".​​This video is developed by the Youth Media Center within the EVA project ​"Strengthened Gender Action in Cahul and Ungheni districts​", funded by the European Union and implemented by UN Women Moldova in partnership with UNICEF Moldova.
